STATEMENT: The Eyes of Justice program initiatives are to rehabilitate competent offenders released from TDCJ by providing professional
level work skills and employment in a productive environment that will alleviate major recidivism factors for the individual and contribute
to the economic stability and growth within Texas and the United States.
Purpose: To acquire competent individuals consumed by TDCJ
and provide training as well as employment in a contribution based professional opportunity benefiting the person, community, State
of Texas and the United States of America.
Goal: To create an opportunity that will allow competent offenders the ability to reinstate
or acquire a lifestyle compatible with preventing recidivism, provide a professonal level employment program and contribute to economic
growth.
Target: Specific competent offenders pending parole, released or discharged to be trained and employed in a contribution based
professional level environment in an effort to increase economic growth by using all available resources, programs and training.
