STATEMENT: Many injustices are forced on citizens while they are incarcerated or under probation or parole supervision within
the state of Texas. These violations impact individuals within state stewardship as well as many other citizens including family,
employers, businesses and acquaintances producing negative conditions. These conditions are unacceptable and in violation of many
moral, ethical and economic interests. The Eyes of Justice has been established to monitor these situations and take actions that
will correct the injustices and violations in a legal, ethical, positive and productive manner.
PURPOSE: The purpose of the
Eyes of Justice nonprofit 501 (c) 3 organization is to; provide professional level employment for competent released offenders; reduce
recidivism; contribute to the economy and society in a positive manner; identify and monitor injustices, violations and immoral activities
within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as it impacts individuals within the state's stewardship. This organization is the
advocate group for individuals within the state stewardship.
GOAL: The goal of this organization is to provide information to
individuals within the state criminal justice stewardship that will assist with a positive transformation into productive members
of society; provide professional level employment to competent released offenders; reduce recidivism; positively contribute to the
state economy and society; identify issues in violation of legal, moral and ethical rights forcibly imposed on individuals incarcerated,
on probation or on parole in the State of Texas. The Eyes of Justice is the voice of incarcerated and state supervised individuals.
TARGET: The target benefactors of this organization are the salvagable individuals within the stewardship of the Texas Criminal
Justice system by providing business correspondence and training; business & motivational books; useful information to make productive
use of incarceration time; rehabilitation information; as well as alleviating the causes and situations inducing injustices and violations
by individuals, statutes, and processes under the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
