Implementation Phases

Phase I - Support

The initial implementation phase targets support from governmental, political, business and individual entities to advance the procurement of operational funds, communicate program awareness and coordinate efforts between entities to advance to phase two.

Phase II - Selection

The selection phase includes procuring operational assets facilitating the programs, identifying potential released and incarcerated offender program candidates, staff selection, business strategy prototype product line analysis and selection, as well as aligning program efficiencies.

Phase III - Staffing

The staffing phase includes acquiring the necessary headcount for operational efficiency, training and implementing program components as well as inducing business transactions supporting the overall program strategy.

Phase IV - Strategy

The strategy phase includes creating the merging program and operational objectives solidifying the long-term life cycle of program directives and self-sustaining capabilities.
